Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed before dispatch.

Standard Orders

Processing typically takes 1–4 business days prior to shipment.

Express Orders (Priority Processing)

Orders placed with Express Prepaid Shipping are dispatched 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders are not processed, dispatched, or shipped on weekends and public holidays. Such orders will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Options & Charges

We offer the following shipping methods at checkout:

Standard Prepaid Shipping — FREE
Express Prepaid Shipping — ₹100 (Priority Dispatch within 24 hours)
Cash on delivery - Available with a ₹60 shipping charge

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines vary based on the shipping method selected and destination pin code.

Delivery Responsibility

Ensuring availability at the time of delivery

CuuTees is not responsible for delivery issues arising due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
Customer unavailability
Refusal to accept delivery

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Courier partner operational delays
Weather conditions
Unforeseen logistics disruptions

In very rare cases, certain unexpected delays may occur from the courier or shipment company side due to operational or logistics-related issues that are beyond Cuutees’ direct control. Since these delays happen from the shipping partner’s side, Cuutees is not directly responsible for such delays. However, we actively coordinate and regularly follow up with our courier partners to minimize delays and ensure orders are delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible.
