Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed before dispatch.

Standard Orders

Processing typically takes 2–3 business days prior to shipment.

Express Orders (Priority Processing)

Orders placed with Express Prepaid Shipping are dispatched within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Orders are not processed, dispatched, or shipped on public holidays. Such orders will be processed on the next working day.


Shipping Options & Charges

We offer the following shipping methods at checkout:

  • Standard Prepaid Shipping — FREE

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — ₹50 handling fee

  • Express Prepaid Shipping — ₹100 (Priority Dispatch within 24 hours)

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary based on the shipping method selected and destination pin code.

🚀 Express Prepaid Shipping (Air Shipping)

  • Dispatch: Within 24 hours ⚡

  • Delivery: 2–5 business days

Express orders are shipped via air mode for faster delivery.

✈️ Standard Prepaid (Air Shipping)

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery After Dispatch: 2–5 business days

Standard pepaid orders are also shipped via air mode for faster delivery.


🚚 COD Shipping (Surface Shipping)

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days

  • Delivery After Dispatch: Typically 4–8 business days

COD orders are shipped via surface mode. Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier routing and distance.

We currently deliver across India.

To ensure efficient fulfillment and reliable delivery, we work with trusted logistics and order fulfillment partners.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking updates provided by the courier partner.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete delivery address details

  • Ensuring availability at the time of delivery

CuuTees is not responsible for delivery issues arising due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.


Delays & External Factors

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Courier partner operational delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Unforeseen logistics disruptions

In very rare cases, certain unexpected delays may occur from the courier or shipment company side due to operational or logistics-related issues that are beyond Cuutees’ direct control. Since these delays happen from the shipping partner’s side, Cuutees is not directly responsible for such delays. However, we actively coordinate and regularly follow up with our courier partners to minimize delays and ensure orders are delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible.

All delivery timelines mentioned are estimates based on previous shipping data. Orders may arrive earlier or later than expected. However, CuuTees does not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe unless explicitly stated.
