1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, COD, and net banking.

2. What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment didn’t go through but money was deducted, it usually gets refunded by your bank within 5–7 working days. You can try placing the order again using a different payment method.

3. Can I send an order as a gift to someone else?
Of course! Just enter the recipient’s address during checkout.

4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we may offer COD on selected orders or locations. If available, you’ll see it during checkout. A nominal ₹60 handling + shipping fee applies to all COD orders.

5. Why is there a ₹60 fee on Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Cash on Delivery orders require additional manual processing. To ensure smooth delivery and avoid duplicate or unintentional orders, our team personally confirms every COD order via call or WhatsApp within 24 hours. This verification and handling process adds operational effort and time, which is why a small ₹60 COD handling fee is applied.

Standard prepaid orders are processed and shipped faster — with no extra charges.

6. Is it safe to make payments on your website?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways.

7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within a short time after placing them. If you need to cancel, please email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Shipping & Delivery

1. How can I track my order?
We’ll email your tracking information as soon as your order ships. Usually, your tracking number is updated 1–2 days after shipping.

2. What happens if my delivery is delayed?
Sometimes, unexpected delays can happen due to courier or weather issues.

2. What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
We're sorry if this happens. Please email us at support@cuutees.in within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the item, and an unboxing video showing the issue. We'll review the case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.

Yes, our T-shirts follow standard sizing. If you prefer an oversized fit, consider sizing up.

2. How do I choose the right size?

3. Will the print fade after washing?
Our prints are made using high-quality printing methods designed to last with proper care.

4. How should I wash my T-shirt?

How to Use Your Store Credit?

If your order was placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), your approved refund will be added as Store Credit to your CuuTees account — instead of a cash refund.

Here's how to use it:

Step 1 — Log in Go to cuutees.in and log in to the account linked to your order email.
Step 2 — Shop as usual Browse and add anything you like to your cart.
Step 3 — It applies automatically Your Store Credit will be automatically applied at checkout. No code needed, no extra steps.
Step 4 — Place your order If your order total is less than your Store Credit, the remaining balance stays in your account for your next purchase.
