How to Create a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact us via email at support@cuutees.in

    When reaching out, kindly include the following details:

    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the product
    • Original packaging details

    Return & Exchange Policy

    • 3-Day Return Policy: You may return or exchange an item within 3 days of delivery.
    • Condition of the Product: The product must be unused and unworn, with all tags attached.
    • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please provide clear photos of the product and its original packaging.

    Important Notes:

    • Pickup Responsibility: Once a return pickup is scheduled, it is the customer’s responsibility to hand over the package to the pickup agent.
    • Missed Pickup: If you fail to return the order during the scheduled pickup, Cuutees.in will not be responsible for any further pickup attempts.
    • Pickup attempts: We allow only a single pickup attempt within 3 days from the original order delivery date. If this period is crossed or the pickup attempt fails, we will not initiate another pickup, and the return/exchange request will be void.
    • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrectly provided addresses.
    • Business Hours: Please contact us between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Any emails or DMs sent after business hours will be considered a next-day request.
    • Customized T-Shirts: We cannot provide returns & exchanges for customized t-shirts as they are customized on demand.
    • Cuutees reserves the right to deny any return or exchange request.

    Clearance Sale Item Policy

    All items purchased during a Clearance Sale are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please ensure you refer to our size guide carefully and double-check your delivery address before placing your order.

    Cuutees reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request if we detect suspicious activity or believe the request is fraudulent or made in bad faith.

    Refund Policy

    • Processing Time: Refunds will be credited within 5-7 working days to the original payment method after the return is approved.
