1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to â‚ą1,700. For orders above this amount, only prepaid payment methods are accepted.

Yes, we do! 🎉 Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
3. What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment didn’t go through but money was deducted, it usually gets refunded by your bank within 5–7 working days. You can try placing the order again using a different payment method.
4. Can I send an order as a gift to someone else?
Of course! Just enter the recipient’s address during checkout.

4. How long does delivery take?
All products are processed for shipping within 1–3 days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 days, depending on your shipping method & pin code.
5. How can I track my order?
We’ll email your tracking information as soon as your order ships. Usually, your tracking number is updated 1–2 days after shipping.
6. What happens if my delivery is delayed?
Sometimes, unexpected delays can happen due to courier or weather issues.

8. What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
We’re so sorry if this happens. Please email us at support@cuutees.in with your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll fix it right away with a replacement or refund.
